Service was fantastic. Food cooked with passion. My steak and shroom bowl twas a little greasier than I might have preferred… but the steak cooked to perfection outweighs that subtle imperfection. My wife’s cobb salad was enormous…. So enormous you couldn’t stir the dressing in. The steak nachos were the real panty dropper. All and all….a very legit performance for this small town restaurant trying to appease a snoody big city foodie such as myself.
Hit it in all categories. Amazing happy hour seven days a week. Clams and mussels in a lemon sauce were super yummy. Tasty bloody Mary for 5 bucks! Staff was amazing, especially Bonny. Laid back. Party room available. Cheers! Did I forget brunch?
I’m pretty new to the area and needed a last-minute place to grab dinner tonight. I ended up stopping here, and honestly, it couldn’t have worked out better. The food was really good fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The service was fast, and everyone who helped me was super friendly, which I really appreciated. The place was also very clean, which stood out to me right away. For a random last-minute pick, this turned out to be such a great spot. I’ll definitely be coming back.
First time here and we're impressed with the food quality and service. The sandwich I ordered is really good which comes with avocado, fresh red onion and tomatoes. The salad as a side order is also delicious and too plenty for just a a side order and this menu is just $16. So you are hungry for American food in Roseburg, this place should be on the top list.
My recent visit to The Brix Grill and Chill was fantastic! We opted to sit in the lounge and were immediately greeted by the bartender, Nick, who was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He recommended the soup of the day, the steak chili, and highlighted one of their Tuesday specials: a trio of bao tacos featuring braised short rib, smoked chicken, and pork belly bites. The food was truly outstanding. Highly recommend The Brix for the great atmosphere and top-tier service from staff like Nick!
Excellent breakfast spot!! The waitresses and cooks are AMAZING!! They worked like a well-oiled machine. It got pretty busy, but they kept things flowing, and we didn't have to wait too long. My crepes came with a bit too much filling, but all of our food and drinks were excellent other than that. The tea with lavender was YUMMY!
Got this as a special they had! Omg so good Service was amazing. Food was amazing. Kids menu was on point. Very blessed that we have this place in our community will be back hundred times.
Great service, fast and friendly. Meatballs were yummy. Maih was a little dry and fishy smelling. Otherwise good.
A little busy because of farmers market. So the place was a little noisy. We were able to seat near the large window which made it seem less crowded. Great and quite hot food. Food in picture is the Chicken Teriyaki. Loved the blackberry tea. Menu was reasonably priced. Service was exceptional. Highly recommend the restaurant. Definitely will return.
